Terms of service draft
This prototype sets accurate product boundaries but does not create a binding purchase flow. Seller identity, payment, tax, order acceptance, liability and governing law remain launch blockers.
This is a temporary display price, not a final launch commitment.
The local prototype has no cart, checkout, payment or order acceptance.
Complete the seller, jurisdiction and checkout terms before publication.
The structure is designed for the Dovryx store, support content and launch products. It is not yet the final contract between a buyer and a legal seller.
Use of the public pages, compatibility guidance, setup instructions and troubleshooting content.
Model-specific system, connection and authentication limitations based on current project facts.
Orders, payment, taxes, shipping and account features require a separate production configuration.
These facts should remain consistent across product pages, checkout notices, support and final terms.
Designed for compatible Windows 10 and Windows 11 computers with Windows Hello available.
A native USB-A port is the confirmed connection requirement for the launch models.
macOS, Linux and Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 are not supported.
FIDO2 and Passkeys are not supported. Windows Hello fingerprint sign-in is not the same as a FIDO2 security key.
Dovryx does not represent the launch models as Microsoft certified, endorsed or officially approved.
Final behavior can depend on the computer, Windows configuration, drivers and software conflicts.
Before accepting payment, Dovryx needs a clear rule for pricing errors, taxes, payment authorization, order acceptance, cancellation, stock availability, shipment and refunds. This prototype intentionally does not invent those rules.
The final terms can set reasonable use rules without removing rights that applicable law does not allow the seller to waive.
Buyers should confirm Windows 10/11, USB-A and the intended Windows Hello sign-in use before purchase.
Do not disassemble the product. User-caused damage and some software conflicts fall outside the confirmed limited hardware warranty.
The products support a defined sign-in workflow. They do not guarantee that a computer, account or organization is impossible to compromise.
These clauses depend on company, platform and jurisdiction facts that have not yet been supplied.
Full company name, registered address, customer service contact and effective date.
Minimum age, account availability, account security and guest checkout rules.
Currency, taxes, payment provider, authorization and pricing-error treatment.
When a contract forms, seller cancellation rights, stock errors and buyer cancellation window.
Rules must match the selected fulfillment origin, carrier flow and applicable law.
Trademark ownership, content license, prohibited conduct and third-party marks.
Requires legal review; do not publish a copied limitation clause without checking enforceability.
Jurisdiction, venue, arbitration or class-action language, if any, must be intentionally selected by counsel.
Versioning, notice of material changes and the effect of an unenforceable clause.
The compatibility page gives the clearest pre-purchase view of supported systems, USB connection and authentication limits.
