01Windows range
The launch models are designed for compatible Windows 10 and Windows 11 computers where Windows Hello fingerprint sign-in is available.
02USB-A connection
A native USB-A port is required for DP-200, DP-100 and DP-100LK.
03Unsupported systems
macOS, Linux and Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 are not supported.
04Authentication boundary
These products do not support FIDO2 or Passkeys and are not biometric security keys.
05Certification boundary
Dovryx does not claim Microsoft certification, endorsement or official approval for these products.
06Environment differences
Results can vary with the computer, Windows configuration, driver state, software conflicts and production batch.
Orders, pricing and payment.
Prices are displayed and settled in United States dollars. DP-200 is US$36.99; DP-100 and DP-100LK are US$49.99. United States shipping is charged separately at US$9.99.
Submitting checkout information is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when Dovryx confirms it for fulfillment. Dovryx may reject or cancel an order before dispatch if payment is not authorized, information is invalid, a price or listing error is material, the order appears fraudulent, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible.
Payment is processed through the method shown at checkout. Airwallex is the intended payment provider; payment availability remains subject to the live checkout configuration.
Dispatch and delivery.
The separate Shipping Policy forms part of these terms.
Dispatch within 48 hours
Eligible orders are prepared for carrier handoff within 48 hours after order and payment confirmation.
Estimated 10-12 business days
The estimate begins after dispatch and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
UBI Smart Parcel
United States orders use the standard commercial delivery service identified in the Shipping Policy.
Returns, product-caused issues and limited warranty.

30 daysChange-of-mind or compatibility returns
Request a return within 30 days after delivery. The product must remain in original resaleable condition and the buyer pays return shipping.
Product issueDirect refund for a verified Dovryx-caused issue
If Dovryx verifies a qualifying defect, wrong item or damage caused before delivery, the order is eligible for a direct refund to the original payment method. A return is required only if Dovryx supplies return instructions.
1 yearLimited hardware warranty
Qualifying non-user-caused hardware faults are covered for one year from delivery, subject to the published exclusions and verification process.
Website use and reasonable limitations.
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation.
Information is not an absolute guarantee
Setup and compatibility content describes the supported scope and recorded evidence; it cannot guarantee every computer, driver state or software environment.
No universal security promise
A fingerprint sign-in accessory does not make a device, account or organization impossible to compromise.
Non-excludable rights remain
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit a seller to exclude.
Governing law and mandatory consumer rights.
These terms identify the law governing the seller relationship without removing consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
These Terms and any contract for an order accepted by Hong Kong Aidodo Technology Co., Limited are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Mandatory rights remain
Nothing in this section excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
